Avocent Alliance for ISVs Program

The Avocent Alliance for ISVs Program is the easiest way for a partner to integrate with Avocent DSView® 3 management software. With the largest digital KVM footprint in the industry, Avocent uses partnerships to expand upon our remote manageability tools to enhance overall server and device management.

Program and Benefits

    Product Integration
  • Partners will launch Avocent DSView® 3 management software from their console for server troubleshooting and can also maintain an accurate inventory of Avocent switches in their console through the inclusion of Avocent MIBs.
  • Partners will build connectors through an Avocent SDE to launch the partner solution within the Avocent DSView 3 software console.
  • Avocent will make the partner’s connector available for easy download into DSView 3 software through a Web store hosted at the Avocent Web site.

    Product Support
  • Partners will receive an Avocent digital switch and a copy of DSView 3 software for testing purposes.
  • Partners will be assigned a technical contact for all support questions.

    Co-branding
  • Use of the Avocent Alliance logo to be displayed with certified software. Logo usage guidelines will be provided.

    Press Releases
  • Avocent will contribute quotes and review partner press releases that announce DSView 3 software support.

    Marketing Opportunities
  • With an extensive set of worldwide resellers and OEM partners, Avocent may make marketing opportunities available to Avocent Alliance partners.

    Program Fees
  • $15,000 (U.S.) annually
