Avocent Data Center Expert to Speak at IDC Enterprise Data Center Forum September 20, 2007

NEW YORK and HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Sept. 20, 2007 – A presentation featuring Avocent data center solutions is scheduled today to help data center managers learn best practices for remote management of both physical and virtual servers. The presentation will take place at the IDC Enterprise Data Center Forum in New York City.

Fueling Business Operations: How the Right Data Center Ingredients Can Help You Avoid a Recipe for Disaster will be presented at 1:45 p.m. by C.C. Fridlin, P.E., director of product management. Fridlin will explain that while demand for data center services is on the rise resources needed to deliver those services isn’t keeping pace.
