Avocent Care programs offer complete hardware and software support solutions including warranties, maintenance agreements, unparalleled technical support and a wide range of consultation and training programs. Our Extended Warranty PLUS and Extended Warranty PLUS 24 offer the added benefit of a comprehensive 1 or 2 year manufacturer’s warranty, express equipment replacements, around-the-clock assistance and quality customer care. Avocent's integrated Customer Support Programs provide customised technical solutions and a wide range of training programs. Our technical support packages include on-site design, installation, and configuration management.
Hardware Programs and Benefits
STANDARD TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
- The FREE Standard Warranty is available on Avocent Europe product sales and covers 100% parts and workmanship
- Standard Warranty coverage begins on date of purchase
- Phone-in technical support is available between the hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm CET Monday to Thursday and from 8.30am to 5.00pm on Fridays.
EXTENDED WARRANTY PLUS
- Standard warranty coverage, plus advance equipment replacement for the remainder of the Standard Warranty with an additional 1 or 2 years of coverage
- Same day shipment via express courier of advance replacements for units if the request is received by 2.00pm CET
EXTENDED WARRANTY PLUS 24
- Standard warranty coverage, plus advance equipment replacement for the remainder of the Standard Warranty with an additional 1 or 2 years of coverage
- Same day shipment via express courier of advance replacements for units if the request is received by 2.00pm CET
- Around-the-clock phone-in technical support on the product covered by the extended warranty
Software Programs and Benefits
- You will automatically receive one year’s free maintenance when you buy DSView 3 Software, entitling you to receive free updates to the version software
- We encourage all our customers to avail of the option to purchase an additional one or two-year Maintenance Certificate at the time of the original software purchase, saving you money and the need to remember renewal dates
- With a valid maintenance contract, you can enjoy phone-in technical support between the hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm CET Monday to Thursday and from 8.30am to 5.00pm on Fridays
